Return Policy

You have the option to return your purchase by reaching out to us via email within 30 days of receiving the item if you are unsatisfied with it. We earnestly advise every customer to thoroughly review the following regulations before making a purchase:
 
  1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, if 30 days have elapsed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  2. The returned items must be unworn, and undamaged, with all original tags attached. We do not accept returned items that are worn, damaged, or altered in any way.
  3. Email us at contact@gizmogy.com with your tracking number and attached pictures of the received item/package, along with detailed information describing the issue. Your request will be processed and confirmed via email. Usually we will handle it within 72 hours on working days.

We will provide a full refund or exchange if we are responsible for the issue, such as quality problems or missing items.
 
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, your refund or exchange will be processed. Most returns or exchanges will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. If you require a refund, it will be issued to your payment account. For exchanges, we will dispatch your new product.
